We are just having fun down here in the HEAT, it is starting to cool better at night. I am soooooo ready for Fall. I am adjusting to having the house clean and quiet all day just barely. Kids are having fun at school, my Kjersten is loving the 9th grade!!! she comes home everyday giggling and telling new stories about boys of course, but it is fun. we are getting ready for another reuion the Jensens side this time. We are going to Mt. Pleasant where my mom and dad are building a cabin and all of us kids have a camp site with all the hook ups for a trailer. its pretty fun to have everyone up there. so soon to come pics of the cabin and more family. love you all!!

Kodi made a deal with me and her dad to go for 6 months with no treats or pop, she will get $100. Tuesday was her last day of contract. She wanted cookies when she got home so the second she got in the house she had a big spoonful of cookie dough then I don't know how many cookies. Then her aunt Camille brought her over a cake with ice cream sandwiches, can whipped cream and M&Ms on it. she buried her face then Kameron and Kalynn had to try. We are soo proud of her it was not easy and she stayed with it. GOOD JOB KODI!!!!!!

we went to Kanab, Western Legend Days and did a tractor pull. It was HOT but we all had fun.

So now I am home with all the kids in school. I am soo lonely haha just kidding. Its fun to have a quiet house, a clean house for most of the day. Do what I want well getting things done that didn't get done over the summer. Like putting patches on Kamerons scout shirt, catching up on laundry, catching up on the blog, you know just house stuff. Helping the Husband with his new toy 53 truck he is working on. I just signed up Kameron for tackle football he is sooooooo excited he could hardly sleep. Kalynn starts clogging again today, Kodi wants guaitur lessons, then kjersten voice lessons. So life doesnt stop but its good, I enjoy the kids they are fun to do things with, and watching them grow. thanks everyone.

Now we are about caught up we had a fun week in aug. We went up to my moms, everyone was there. Emily with her family. we started by Jen and Shane getting sealed on Friday, then Family pics then on saturday Emily and Mike blessed little Tyler, then we went to the Gray Reunion and if that was not enough we all went to the derbys in Nephi, that was soo fun with the kids ( yes Phil) yelling and screaming wanting more crashing. there is 15 nieces and nephews, so we stay busy.

So now on to the next thing. After recovering from those two things we just went camping with Jen and Shane up Beaver mountain. The kids went Fishing and FINALLY caught some fish with their uncle shane, they were not big but they were proud. we just relaxed and enjoyed the cool mountain. That is such good therapy for us.

So now the next week Phil and I were in charge of the cooking and food at Youth Conference. So we took and camp trailer stayed in a place called lazy 7 ranch in Hatch. The kids chased cows swam in a water hole. Kjersten is old enough now it was fun to go with her. These are pics of kjersten doing the obstycle coarse with a friend Anne.

GIRLS CAMP need I say more. We had a blast!!! I am camp director, phil is the food helper(makes sure the girls cook good food). it was amazing. Both of my older girls went. We went up cedar mountain at a place called Little Thunder its church owned property for girls camp. It was so nice and COOL (good for us) it was alot of work but it went well with no girls fighting so it was good. My family was amazing with all their help and putting up with me.

kalynn clogging performance

Isn't she just soo cute!!!! she loves it! we love watching her. She did this performance at the end of June it was very very HOT!! she did very well. She is going to class this week and she is soooooo ready she clogs every where we go, the store, church, home, and on.

WELL WE ARE STILL HERE! I CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT SCHOOL HAS STARTED TODAY!! OUR SUMMER HAS GONE. WE HAVE BEEN SO BUSSY. THIS WAS ONE SUMMER THAT I WAS NOT READY FOR THE KIDS TO GO BACK.
THERE IS ALOT TO COME SO I AM GETTING ALL THE PICS READY AND GATHERING THEM UP. CAMPING, FISHING, GIRLS CAMP, YOUTH CONFERENCE, TRACTOR PULLS, AND FINALLY OUR FAMILY REUNION WITH EMILY AND HER FAMILY HERE. SO I WILL BE GETTING BACK AND HOPEFULLY NO ONE GAVE UP ON US. I AM JUST A LITTLE SLOW WITH KEEPING UP. I AM TRYING TO DOWN LOAD SOME VIDEO OF KJERSTEN AND KALYNN DOING THINGS AND I AM TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT. IT JUSTS TAKE SOOOOOOOO LONG TO DO IT. HOPEFULLY I WILL THEY ARE GREAT. LOVE YOU ALL WE WILL BE BACK.
